As part of our commitment to enhancing your experience, we're transitioning to a new patient management system—Charm Health—on November 3rd, 2025. This upgrade brings you better appointment scheduling, secure messaging, and streamlined access to your health records.
What This Means for Your Payments
Along with this transition comes a change in how we process payments. Starting November 3rd:
New Pricing Structure:
Program prices will increase by approximately 5% to offset processing fees
This modest adjustment helps us continue delivering the exceptional care you expect
How to Lock in Your Current Rate:
Switch your AutoPay to ACH bank transfer and avoid the 5% increase entirely. That's right—by using ACH for your automatic payments, your pricing stays exactly where it is today.

October 15-31: Transition period—we'll contact you to set up Charm Health
November 3: Charm Health launches with new pricing structure
